Our chairs are made of premium, sustainably sourced & FSC certificated solid ash wood. Ash is very dense, tough and strong and has good elasticity, which means our furniture can last longer even with heavy use. The chairs have a water-based semi-mat lacquer finish, while all the joints are made of strong aluminum. We also use OEKO-TEX® certificated 3D mesh fabric because it’s so breathable and easy to clean.

The chairs follow and exceed EU safety standards for strength, durability, safety and stability. Our products are intended for home and interior use.

The maximum permitted weight of a person using a sensory chair is 70 kilograms. Unofficially, it can take up to 140 kilograms, but psssst. The chairs can handle rough play and climbing, but are not intended for jumping that puts pressure to the central fabric parts. This can tear the fabric in time and result in fabric damage that is not covered with warranty. They are suprisingly stable, ao you don't need to worry that the chair will overturn due to climbing.

We produce woden and metal parts in Croatia (EU) where we use highly efficient CNC production to reduce waste. We sew fabric parts in Slovenia (EU). Everything is assembled and packed in Croatia, from where it is sent worldwide.

All complex details and hidden connections are assembled and checked manually in the factory, so for the final assembly, 8 screws need to be screwed in and that's it. It’s pretty easy and usually done within minutes.

Ideally, a large chair should go along the work desk from 65 to 70 centimeters high. With a small chair, it would be good for it to be 55 to 60 centimeters in height. The chairs will also function with tables of different heights, but these dimensions are optimal. As for the use of chair along the dining table, because they are usually quite high, we recommend using an extra pillow on the seat.

No, tax is only payable on orders within the EU. For orders worldwide, the price of the chair is 340 EUR.

All product prices exclude 25% European VAT. If the Customer is resident outside the European Union the 25% VAT tax will not be calculated. For the EU residents, VAT will be calculated at check out. The Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and custom fees according to country’s policy.

Yes, we provide 14 day no-questions-asked return. If you don't like the product, you can send it back at your own expense and you will receive the entire amount of the order on your account within 24 hours. If the product is faulty, we will replace it or make a refund at our own expense.

Yes, we offer free of charge, 2-year (legal guarantee) for all Tink Things products. Tink Things guarantee covers manufacturing defects, but not unusual performance issues.

In the event of a product fault that is covered under the terms of the warranty, we shall repair the products, supply a replacement or refund the purchase price at our discretion (including shipping).
